Chicken and French Toast Sandwich

Hand-pulled, mulberry smoked chicken, crumbled pig candy, green apple relish, pickled red onions on a vanilla maple bourbon "French toast" bun.

The mild flavor combination sneaks up on you, but it's pretty good.  Definitely worth a try.  I especially enjoyed the green apple relish.
